The core idea

Every price has a hidden cost: your time

A coffee isn't €4 — it's the minutes of work it took to earn it. Move the slider to your hourly wage and tap a purchase to feel the difference.

Hourvest calculates your real hourly wage from your income and working hours during onboarding, then applies it to every transaction.

how it works

Three steps to seeing money as time

No spreadsheets, no manual logging. Set it up once and Hourvest does the rest.

1

Tell us your income & hours

A few quick questions set your real hourly wage — the key to seeing money as time.

2

Connect your bank securely

security & privacy

Your bank stays in control. Always.

  • Read-only by design. Hourvest can view balances and transactions you allow — and can never initiate a payment.
  • You log in at your bank. We never see your bank password — authentication happens with your bank directly.
  • Revoke anytime. Consent is time-limited and you can disconnect a bank in one tap.
  • Licensed & regulated. Connections run through a licensed Open Banking provider under PSD2, and your data is GDPR-aligned.

Open Banking, the safe way

The same secure standard used by Europe's biggest banks and fintechs — explicit consent, encryption in transit, full transparency.

Frequently asked questions

Is Hourvest available yet?+

Not yet — Hourvest is in active development. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment early access opens. That's the only email you'll get until then.

Is it safe to connect my bank?+

Yes. Bank connections use Open Banking (PSD2) through a licensed provider. Access is read-only, you authenticate at your own bank, and you can revoke it at any time.

Can Hourvest move or spend my money?+

No — never. Access is strictly read-only. Hourvest can view the balances and transactions you allow, but it cannot make payments or transfers.

Which banks and countries will it support?+

Hourvest is built on Open Banking, which covers banks across the EU (including Slovakia and Czechia) and other European countries. The exact list at launch will be shown in the app.

How does the "money as time" calculation work?+

During setup you tell Hourvest your income and working hours. From that it works out your real hourly wage and converts every purchase into the equivalent hours of your life.

How is my data handled?+

Your data is stored securely so only you can access it. We never sell your data and never use your financial data for advertising. See our Privacy Policy.
